Guitarras Romero Models
España
The España model is a traditional Spanish design that draws inspiration from the great guitars of Miguel Rodriguez, Santos Hernandez and Romero’s own custom builds. The España model guitars have tremendous power, sustain and clarity. They are available with German Moon Spruce or Western Red Cedar for tops and Indian Rosewood or Granadillo for the body.
L.R. (Lattice Raised)
L.R. is a modern classical guitar with a Lattice-braced top and a Raised fingerboard that provides easier accessibility beyond the 12th fret. Pepe generally takes a more traditional approach to his building, so for this model he relied on Wolfgang’s knowledge and appeal to the modern classical. The end result is a bold but beautiful sounding classical guitar that is sure to please those who want to play an instrument that is a new take on an older style. Available with a German Moon Spruce or Western Red Cedar top and East Indian Rosewood or Granadillo body.
La Blanca/Negra
An explosive and lightly built flamenco guitar inspired by Pepe’s favorite vintage guitars by Antonio de Torres and Santos Hernandez, but with modern power. The action is set Flamenco but these still work beautifully for classical music just like the great vintage Spanish guitars that are true inspirations for Romero. German Moon Spruce is used for the tops, while for the body, La Negra uses Indian Rosewood and La Blanca uses Tibetan Cypress.
Parlor
The Parlor is the newest model offered by Guitarras Romero. It has a smaller body, with a 630mm scale and 51mm nut. The Parlor has a polyurethane finish, and comes with a premium fiberglass case.

The necks are slim and have a rounded profile.
Each guitar comes with a high quality case.
All Guitarras Romero come standard with Pepe Romero Strings Set PEPESR: Classical Guitar Clear Nylon Trebles - Hard Tension.
These can be changed to another set of Pepe Romero Strings upon request.
Pepe Romero does all of the final setup and inspections on the guitars before shipping.
The action can be modified upon request.
Action on España, LR, and Parlor
The action on the España, LR, and Parlor model guitars are 2.9mm at the 1st string and 3.9mm at the 6th string.
Action on La Negra/Blanca
The action on the Negra/Blanca is set at 2.8mm at the 1st string and 3mm at the 6th string.
